Custom Solution,
everywhere

With 40+ years of experience, we create custom-made solutionsfor small, medium and corporate clients across various sectors. We don't just build databases — we build performing workflows and multi-platform systems that work as one.

Our holistic approach solves complex procedures by analyzing them as a whole, not breaking them into disconnected pieces.

We've never liked wasting time. While others connected disconnected systems, we built solutions where everything lived in one place from day one — no bridges, no sync jobs, no endless meetings to align tools that should have been one.

A company's real know-how belongs in one system it owns and controls— not scattered across platforms it rents. The companies that are winning aren't adding more tools — they're consolidating around one system that actually knows their business.

One system. Your rules. Your data. Your edge.

In the modern world, people ask questions and want answers yesterday. Not tomorrow. Not after a meeting. Now.

Today the dream goes further: to simply ask — out loud, straight to your phone — and get an instant answer about your own company's data, in real time. It's technically possible.

But there's a cost nobody talks about: your business logic, your client records, your pricing rules — travelling through infrastructure you don't control.

Most systems can't work that way. Data is scattered, logic is fragmented, nobody thought about the question before it was asked.

Our systems are different — built on exactly these principles. When a system is thought through, built with precision, and knows every detail of your business — it gives you the answers you need, when you need them, directly from the source.

Speed is a consequence. Precision is the cause.

Security and privacy are not optional extras. They are the foundation. We build it the right way — your data stays where it belongs.

We build systems that think the way your business thinks — and that last for years, not months. These are not projects. They are the foundations your business grows and expands on.

Our clients know it. Our work proves it.

This is who we are. This is DigitalMaker.

01 / AI

Reimagined with

“For nearly four decades, your FileMaker system has been the backbone of your business.
Now it can think, analyze and act alongside your team — without rebuilding what already works.”

Your FileMaker system has accumulated something more valuable than any single feature: your business logic. The way orders flow, the rules behind your pricing, the exceptions only your team remembers. Rebuilding it from scratch in some new framework would take years and erase that knowledge.

AI doesn't ask you to rebuild. Done well, it sits on top ofthe system you already trust — reading your live data, writing back through the same scripts your team already validates, surfacing insights against the schema you've spent decades refining.

The integration paths on the right cover the spectrum: frontier cloud intelligence when raw capability matters, fully on-premise inference when data residency is non-negotiable, conversational interfaces over your live database, and Model Context Protocol endpoints that let Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor talk directly to your data with a full audit trail.

We also wire FileMaker into the wider AI ecosystem — WordPress chatbots, custom GPTs, n8n / Make / Zapier workflows, Stripe and Xero reconciliation — all bidirectional, with FileMaker remaining the single system of record.

Agentic isn't a product we sell — it's how we work.

We didn't adopt a generic AI tool. We built our own agentic system, designed by developers, for developers — one that knows our way of building, interprets the client's real needs, and turns them into business logic that reflects directly into their application.

Everything we've learned from experience — interfaces, data models, the way real businesses actually run — we taught to a team of AI agents that build alongside us.

Problems first. Logic second. Code last.

Apps

Custom web apps, high-performance hosting, multi-tenant architectures, design and engineering — built for speed, clarity and longevity, hand-rolled without framework lock-in.

The web doesn't need another framework — it needs apps that load fast, scale cleanly and don't trap your data behind someone else's vendor lock-in. We build modern web applications the way the web was meant to work: hand-rolled HTML and CSS, JavaScript only where it earns its weight, performance budgets enforced from day one.

Whether you need a site that's the public face of a deeper system, a customer portal, an internal tool, or a full web application built around the way your business actually works — today there's no reason to adapt your operation to a generic product. A custom web app, built right, costs less to run and fits better than any off-the-shelf subscription you'll spend years working around.

The grid on the right covers the full stack: custom web app delivery for studios and creators, scalable architecture for growing businesses, high-performance hosting on real metal, modern web stack with no framework lock-in, custom ERP and CRM, UI / UX design with tablet-first ergonomics, multi-tenant architecture, and responsive design.

Every project we ship is yours to own — your domain, your code, your data, your hosting if you want it.

03 / INTEGRATIONS

Integrations

Every integration is bi-directional — built to last, not to trend, and engineered
to outlive whatever the next API fashion brings to your stack.

Most integrations age badly. The trendy SDK from three years ago is now in maintenance mode. The "no-code" connector that promised everything has been quietly deprecated. The webhook that worked perfectly in dev is rate-limited in prod. We build for the opposite outcome: integrations that still work in 2035. We write against the source, not a wrapper — so when something changes upstream, we fix it fast, without waiting on anyone.

One login, one identity, one audit trail across every connection.

Built-in monitoring, automatic retries and a clear log of what's moving and what isn't — your team always knows what's happening, without digging.

That middleware becomes the spine of a single core system. Your team stops switching between a CRM, an accounting tool, a ticketing system and three spreadsheets to answer one question. With a single password they get a 360° view — the customer, the order, the project, the financial position — finance, operations, sales and support all reading the same source of truth, not just whatever lives inside their own department. One source of truth. Real-time. Audit-ready. Less time chasing data, fewer surprises at month-end, and a team that actually trusts the numbers in front of them.

solution

Custom FileMaker development, server hosting and consulting — enterprise-grade quality across the entire Claris ecosystem, built for the long term.

Record locking, security, performance, multi-user concurrency, data integrity — these are the invisible foundations that separate a prototype from a system your business can actually depend on. No drag-and-drop builder and no AI assistant handles these for you.

Claris FileMaker is the rare platform that lets a dynamic team ship a serious, multi-platform business app — and keep shipping for the next twenty years. We've been doing exactly that since the late 1980s. Decades inside one platform — and we're using every bit of it. We didn't learn the platform — we grew up with it. From version 1 through every evolution, we've always owned every layer: security, authentication, interface, data modelling, business logic, server, output. One environment. One mind. One system that actually understands itself.

What we ship isn't a database. It's a business workflow — the screens your team actually uses, the validations that prevent costly mistakes, the integrations that talk to your accounting and e-commerce, the reports your CFO needs at 8am on the first of the month. One codebase running natively on desktop, iPad, iPhone, and any browser.

We cover the full lifecycle: development of new solutions, consulting and audits of existing ones, performance optimization, FileMaker Server hosting on Apple Silicon, integration with the rest of your stack, and migration of legacy solutions.

Financial,

SAP, Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Stripe and PayPal — bi-directional, audit-ready and production-grade integrations that keep your books and your business always in sync.

Your finance system holds the operational truth — revenue, costs, taxes, customers, suppliers, every invoice and every payment. The problem is that most of it lives in a different system from where the work actually happens. Sales orders enter FileMaker, invoices live in QuickBooks, multi-entity books live in Xero, payments clear through Stripe, and someone has to keep all of that in sync — usually with spreadsheets at month-end, manual exports, and the quiet dread that something didn't reconcile.

That gap between operational data and financial data is where errors live, where hours disappear, and where growing businesses hit a ceiling they can't see clearly enough to break through.

We build the connectors that eliminate that work. Each integration is bi-directionalby design: master data, sales orders, invoices and financial postings flow both ways. Real-time sync, with retries, error logging and a diagnostic dashboard inside FileMaker so your ops team can see exactly what's flowing — and your finance team stops chasing discrepancies that shouldn't exist in the first place.

Xero with multi-entity and multi-currency support, QuickBooks Online for the US default accounting stack, NetSuite through SuiteTalk REST and SuiteQL with custom RESTlets when you need them, full payment integration with Stripe, PayPal and any provider with an API, plus custom middleware for legacy or proprietary systems — Lightspeed, anything with a documented endpoint.

07 / Who We Are

approach

40+ years building workflows — not databases — for teams that need their software to think for them, adapt with them and quietly run the business behind the scenes.

We've built a know-how that lets us tailor solutions to any complex requirement — for small, medium and large businesses, to enterprise.

We don't create databases. We build business workflows and multi-platform systems that organize and leverage your workforce. Holistic problem-solving — integrated solutions, not silos of linked applications.

Four decades, one obsession: getting it right.

We've spent over forty years doing one thing, and doing it deeply. Not chasing every new framework — but mastering one platform, evolution after evolution, until we knew every layer better than most know their own product.

That depth is what lets us walk into any business — a restaurant, a robotics factory, a diving center — and understand not just the software they need, but the way they actually work. The exceptions only their team remembers. The logic that lives in people's heads. We turn that into systems that fit the business, instead of forcing the business to fit them.

Everything under one roof.

We consult, we build, we host, and we license. One team, one point of contact, for the entire life of your system — no middleman between you and your software, no separate vendors pointing fingers when something breaks. The people who design your system are the same people who run it, secure it, and answer the phone when you call. When one team controls every layer, nothing falls through the cracks. Because there are no cracks.

One partner. One system. One responsibility: yours.

08 / How We Work

how we work

“Decades of building real software — distilled into an agentic system that keeps us fast and in control of every part of the solution.”

Decades inside one platform — and we're using every bit of it. We didn't learn the platform — we grew up with it. From version 1 through every evolution, we've always owned every layer: security, authentication, interface, data modelling, business logic, server, output. One environment. One mind. One system that actually understands itself.

This is what makes the difference. While most teams split the work across specialists who never see the full picture, we hold it all — and now, so does our agentic system.

Code last.

While others built tools to make programming easier— lowering the bar for people who aren't developers — we went the other way. Because we are developers, we built a tool that lets us go deeper: take on more complex work in less time, and deliver the hard things we've always done — faster.

The result: we move much faster, and we stay in full control of every part of a solution. Instead of trading speed for quality, we get both.

Because we're detail-oriented — and as the English say, the devil is in the details. When you know every detail of a system, you can be granular. When you can be granular, you can build with precision. And when you build with precision, every answer is exact, every solution fits, every change lands where it should.

That's what we've been building for 40+ years — before it had a name.
